United American Insurance Company Sold me a policy and did not fully explain details that were upmost important. McKinney Texas

I was sold a health policy of United American Insurance Company by an agent approximently one year ago. I had started a new job that did not have health insurance and I saw an Ad for this company that said, affordable health coverage for those that are self employed, small businesses, or have no coverage at their employment. I called the phone number on the Ad and met with an agent. She came to my house and we discussed what was the best policy for me. I asked if the policy included wellness care and she said that it paid 80% of an office visit, Mammogram and Lab work.

After a big move to Arizona for family reasons and informing them of this move and asking if the move to another state affected my coverage and do I have to go to a certain physcian. Their response was NO that I could go to any doctor and that the policy would pay 80%. I went to see my doctor for a checkup. The office visit with Lab work came to 257.00 and United American paid only 25.00 of it. When I called the billing department of the doctors office they stated that that is all the insurance company will pay. I told them that there must be some kind of mistake and that I will call the insuance company myself. When I discussed this matter with them they said that they pay only 80% of a bill up to $25.00. I said that that was not I was not what was explained to me by my agent that sold me the policy. The woman on the phone told me, "that it is in writing and that I need to read my policy or contact my agent", and that she could not help me. I have been paying $160.00 monthly on this policy for one year now and this is total misrepresentation and scamming people.
