United American Technologies Unauthorized Charges, sent past due notice of $38.90 for services I do not use. Edmond, Oklahoma

I have never heard of this company. My husband has service with AT&T for home phone services that includes the wireless services from AT&T as well with the bill. We found some unauthorized charges on our bill and told the phone company to take them off and send them back to the originating biller. I believe this company may be one of the parties that has been charging fees on our phone bill without our knowledge. On 22-Dec 2009, I received a letter from this company in reference to account #614664 claiming their is a past due amount of $38.90 due them and if this amount is not received by 30-Jan 2010, the account would be turned over to a collection agency. I tried to call the phone number to speak to a representative from this company. However, all I would receive on the other end was a fast busy signal. I am not paying them this money and I believe they are stealing from us. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
