They do bad business. I went to have them look at my Mercedes which I purchased fom them because the AC had issues on a Thursday night. I saw Lincoln Navigator which i absoulutely fell in love with. I then had them check my credit because I really wanted the car and wanted to finance this one being that I paid them cash for the Mercedes. My credit was pulled they came back with an approval. All I needed to do was bring my trade in the next day so we finalize the deal. I left and called them back that night to tell them I was not going to do the trade and give them the cash. They told me they were going to hold the vehicle. The next day I called at 1pm to let them I was coming in to bring the cash and they told me they sold the vehicle. I had previously bought three cars from Charlie the owner two before he opened UAB where he was the broker on it and they were $64000.0 QX56 Inifinites back in 2006 for my comapny and the Merecedes from UAB where I paid him cash. The Mercedes had major issues but I gave them the benefit of the doubt being it was a used car. This is not the way you treat a repeat customer. Not only they sold the car but they pulled my credit which ended up taking a hit because I never purchased a vehicle. I do not recommed this guys. If they can do this to a repeat customer they know and have rep ore with imagine what they will do to a new customer. There is something to be said about a company who does not keep there word. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!
