United Auto Credit Corp. (UACC) Where to begin and end that is the Question Knoxville Tennessee

A complete list of facts: 1. no contract from them (asked several times for one have not received yet) 2. harassing phone calls at work or to friends 3. threats made by several of they're employees of different things and nature. 4. disclosing personal info to others without permission. 5. paying more in interest then principal.
Been dealing with these and other issues with this company for over a year. Every where we turn it something different with this people. You tell them to stop calling you at work or your friends they don't care they still do. They disclose info to your friends or co-workers about this. Harassing you 5 or more times a day. Make threats to show up at your house or work or they do or say they will be at your place or work on the day you get paid. You are not allowed to talk to supervisor or anybody else higher up. Harassing you when you are making the payment for someone or dropping it off to them. They ask you several questions and you tell them that is between them and that person and not to ask you and still someone else will stick they're noise and ask the same questions as the last. They do not understand NO for an answer or anything else. I know people who have had problems with this company over many issues some either went with what the company wanted and other who could not because they are holding all the cards and people have no rights according to them and people are left paying one way or another. I have researched this company with bbb, local, state and federal agencies as well as searched the internet, google, ask.com, yahoo, rip-off, and other sites on this company. this company is owned by pan american bank or now known as pan american financial company a foreign company. They're reports are not good they are in 35 states. What To Do is the Question? I know what I am going to be doing
