United Benefit Plans Thomas Galvin Fraud Scam Lies to get you to sign up Fresno, California Nationwide

  I do not know if you are aware that you are scamming people but the United Benefits healthcare plan you sold me gives one doctor visit per year with a $50 co pay, any and all the others are at least 50%. You told me I would have two covered doctor visits per year and then a $35-45 co pay for unlimited additional visits. You stated there were 10 covered hospital days per year and two covered surgeries, when in fact there are no covered hospital days and they pay only $100 per day up to $1,200. That is the maximum pay out. You told me lab work and x-rays are also covered, they are not covered at all. You told me a trip to the ER would just be deducted at a covered hospital day. That is totally false. You charged me $140.00 for this fraud information on my credit card, and if I would not have checked into it with much time invested on the phone before my doctor's appointment, I would be completely s****** as I imagine alot of people are who don't follow through right away with the correct questions before trying to file a claim. I have been on hold on the phone for over a half an hour trying to reach you as I have been writing this, but this is my second call and I suppose you have no plans of answering any of my calls even though you said to call anytime during business hours with questions. Just thought people would like to be aware that this is going on.
