I happened to be looking at my bank statement and notice an unusual charge for a company that I did not recognize. I tried to find a phone number to call with no luck. I went online to research this company. Needless to say they took my money with nothing to show for it.

The customer service representatives in our call center only answer in-bound calls placed by members who are attempting to use the discounted services offered within their program. Cbsi does not bill, solicit or telemarket any programs to consumers.
United Benefit Advantage is not an independent business, but is a discount membership program that third-party businesses offer to their customers.
