United Benefits Association Health Insurance Be wary of faxed health insurance offers Internet

I received a faxed helth insurance offer from this company with a number to call. i did so and a very nice young man answered. he gave me the website to go visit and emailed me an application to fill out. He called to confirm when I emailed the application back. He said I should hear tomorrow that it was approved and then receive my card and policy in 7 -10 days. That was the end of October. He didn't call, but when I called, another gentleman answered and said yes I had been approved. I never received anything and this so called policy was to take effect today - December 1. I called again, "not available in my area code" the website is not there anymore. But is worse is that they deducted from my bank account $336.00 last month and when I checked with the bank, we called and a clearing house answered. They said the same thing, policy's should be in the mail! I am filing a fraud report with my bank and stopping any further withdrawls! Worse part is my Cobra ends next month! They have truly taken advantage!!!!
