This company called United Benefits called and offered my husband a prescription assistance program and then took the money out of our account. When i tried calling for more information it said the numbers have been disconected. There is no listing of them on the internet and i have no address for them, this is a scam please everyone beware. The man that helped me was named Phillip Bennyworth he said he was a broker for insurance and said that the program he was signing us up for was charity based and that my husband would get his meds sent to the doctors office each month at no cost only for a small monthly fee. we paid the fee of $62.00 and a one time enrollment fee of $100.00. We havent recieved a thing from them. Please beware.

Did you ever get a refund? Without more information it is hard to track down what exactly happened.
My company was working with United Benefits but I cannot find a record of anyone from Santa Barbara CA that signed up and was charged for this prescription service.
I would like to help you if I can.
