United Builders - United Roofing - United Exteriors Thief by deception ripoff Laurel Springs Turnersville New Jersey

In June of 2006, I entered into a contract with United Builders to add onto our existing kitchen; add a laundry room, so that my wife and I would not have to climb steps for the laundry; a deck; a walk-in closet and a pantry.

We had an attorney review the contract and changes were made to our benefit in the payment schedule.

The work was to commence in August of that year and be completed with six (6) to eight (8) weeks. Needless to say the work was not started but was put off to October- I agreed.

In November, with nothing started, I spoke with Mr. Mike Sciubba and we mutually agreed the work could start in March to preclude a possible harsh winter. I questioned Mr. Sciubba how I could believe this new start would be maintained and he said. he was over-booked with work, he would immediately schedule me for mid-March and I have his word as a gentlemen this would happen.

Well, of course, Mr. Sciubba proved to be anything but a gentlemen.

As of today, 5-25-07, I am having my third face-to-face meeting with Mr. Sciubba to see if any financial renumeration can be decided prior to my wife and I filing a complaint with the local police department. To be honest, I expect nothing positive to happen and my wife and I will take legal criminal action against Mr, Sciubba today.
