After reading the very well written report reguarding United Capturedybe, it was proven to me even further that United Capturedybe is STILL up to no good but have changed the way the go about scamming people out of their money.
A new company has emerged from this called Royal Star Benefits they call you with a promise of an unsecured credit card and of course it takes them over the 60 days (time allowed to reverse the ATH via your bank)to get you information which turns out to be no more then pieaces of paper containing information you can find doing a simple search.
My funds ($ 249.00) were withdrawn on 09-23-02 it took me the full 60 days to figure out I was scammed but when I did I ran to my bank and reversed the charges. The money WAS placed back into my account but 10 days later United Capturedyne had enough nerve to reverse my reversal!!!!
After reading the other reports regarding United Capturedyne I have come to the conclusion that they are not just some innocent company who chose a bad company to do business with but a key player in this huge scam!!!!
I plan to use the information I found in this site to SUE SUE SUE anyone and everyone I found listed in the other report. Since I cannot get to Royal Star benefits and United Capturedyne chooses to protect their Cleint they will face the blunt of my wrath alone!! My guess is the numerous company AKA's found here that are using the same scam under different names all have one thing in common United Capturedyne!!!
With the help of my bank I have found that United Capturedyne contracts another company in my case it was a company called Diversity (more information about this company to follow) to do the actual transaction, the company contracted (diversity) then holds your funds for 60 days before forwarding it to United Capturdyne.
From there where your money goes I have not determined yet.Unlike the previous report I found the people at United Capturedyne to be very rude and unhelpful to the point of flat out lying!! Infact they will straight out hang up on you if you push them for information. These people are very good at what they do and have their bases covered, out of all of this the ONLY company I have found that was helpful was diversity which has now completely shut down their ATH department due to United Capturedyne.
I wish I had more information to give all of you to help, please know as information is uncovered I will keep updating this post until all of you who have fallen victum to this scam have not only gotten your hard earned money back but have sued and won your court cases with United capturedyne.
Good luck to all of you and watch this post for more information to follow.
