United Car Exchange LLC Dominic Picaretta Deceptive, manipulative, rip off internet Tennessee

 Salesman, Dominic Piccaretta took the phone within 2 minutes that a girl called me to say United Car Exchange would advertise my car for 90 days and gaurantee it to sell or I would receive FULL compensation of the $199.99 they wanted me to pay. Dominic went so far as to ask if the girl that I talked to had told me why they were calling. When I told him what she told me, he said he would see that she learned the correct things to tell people she calls (as if I could trust him, not her).  They make a point of saying you will get a full refund of the (some word average people do not understand). Dominic either didn't know how to pronounce the word or he was embarrased to say it as he said it in a lower tone than the rest of his words.  The point is they say"Full refund", knowing that most people will think they want the customer to believe they will get a refund of the total amount that they are trying to collect. The consumer does not find out the truth until they read about the last paragraph of the agreement, which states "if the car doesn't sell within 90 days, a refund of $99.99 will be refunded."
