 Received a call day today at my employer the gentalmen said that he was with United Cash Advance stated that

I was being charged under my social security number for taking out a pay day loan I could not talk at the moment so when I returned the call I got directed to another gentalman his name is Jason Hoffman the first gentalmans name was Officer Black ,anyways the man continued to tell me that I owed 1880 for a payday loan in 2012 wth a bank i closed out 3yrs ago, he gave me a settlement of 980 payable in 8 instllments I told I wanted proof of the debt he said I would get that when I made all the payments if I didnt agree he would forward documents to my employer and i would be brought up on federal charges wasnt sure what to do so I made a payment arrangements for a Friday the 10 of may but I mentioned I would be talking to someone at the courts and he didnt like that kindoff got nasty with me ,,Not sure how to handle this any information would be Great!
