i borrowed 100.00 in Dec. 2006 paid the loan off Feb. 2, 2007 in the sum of over $1000.00, and now they are taking it out of my account again.
i have tried to get a hold of a representive from the company, but the web site says web page no longer available. there is no phone number for them or any other way to contact them.
i have contacted my bank to put a stop to this taking place any further, but they got me for $145.00 this afternoon. this will not happen to me again because i have chose to close this account.
i would reccommend that anyone thinking about borrowing from any loan site on the internet, rethink the idea before you get rammed for alot of money. if it had not been an emergency i would have never done it myself. if only there would have been fine print everyone that deals with these company's would think twice before being scammed into a never ending debt.

United Cash Loan

I am a complaint filer, and I did some massive digging on United Cash Loan. They have a direct contact number. It is 1-800-354-0602. When you call, make sure your connected to a customer service representative.
Have them email you or fax you the correct forms to complete your loan. If you don't, they will keep charging you a finance charge from your account plus an additional charge towards the loan amount, on every pay day.
Make sure you get the name and ext.# of who your speaking to. Then immediately give your bank their 1-800 number. That way if they don't email or fax you, the bank has their contact information.

One Last Thing You Must Know

What Angie and Calvin have said is true. You need to go to the bank and reverse the ACH charges. (only took 2 days for me to get my money back) Then you must close that account out and open up a new one. The bank should not have any problems with that.
THEN: about a week later they will start calling you. Remember they will play tough on the phone. However, you need to stand your ground. Ask how much you owe and you will probable hear an amount a lot less than what they tried to take out of your bank account. (at least that's what they told me) Tell them that's too much that you will only pay ?amount. Bid low and tell them you will pay them on next payday in a couple of weeks. They can either take that or spend a lot more in court costs. Then you decide if your are going to pay them or not. I didn't send them a thing and after 2 weeks went buy I never heard from them again.
Hope this helps.

i never authorized united cash loans to remove money from my account.
They tried 90.00 every two weeks and when i stopped that they removed 480.00 on March 30.
I went to my bank and filed a fraud claim against them and also filed a federal trade commision claim against this company.
The number to united cash loans is 877-674-3446.
I am also contacting the media and having a report/ sting done on this company.
It is now get even time.
I thought when i stop the electronic withdrawal that was it, nope, they wrote a check against my account.
Now i have to close that account and wait for my 750.00 to be returned.
United cash loans, you have my number, no ,call, now i have yours and i wish you would show your cowardly face.
Everyone out there, close your account.

As it seems, United cash loans has hit a bump in the road. Now they need to borrow $145.00 from Rhonda.
Rhonda, I think you should send them a demand letter for repayment plus the 654% interest (or some ridiculous amount) they charged you.

I will assume that the debits they are taking out of your account is ACH. What you need to do is file a REG E report with your bank. It takes about 10 days before you will get the money back and they will investigate it for you. If you were cahrged any fees by the bank they will refund you for that. In the mean time, fill out the REG E and file fraud with your bank. I'm pretty sre you will get all your money back. Good Luck

The website came right up for me this afternoon. Says if you have questions (and if I were you, I most certainly would!!!) to use these contact methods for customer service
customerservice@unitedcashloans.com or 1-800-756-3117. Hope this at least gives you a starting point to get this situation taken care of! Good Luck!
