PLEASE REFRAIN FROM UPTAIING LOANS FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM I HAD PAID THEM THE 280.00 FROM A 300.00 LOAN AND THEY CONTINUED TO DRILL MY BANK ACCOUNT WITH BANK OF AMERICA IN ONE DAY 3 X ONE FOR 150.00 ONE FOR 50.00 ONE FOR 30.00 ONC THEY HAVE YOU ROUTE NUMBER THEY TAKE OUT WHAT EVER THEY CAN.
ALSO,
THEY WILL BILL YOU 90.00 EVERY WEEK PLUS THE 300.00
WHEN YOU DO CONTRACT ON LOANVIA EMAIL THEY DO NO TELL YOU THIS BANK OF AMEICA WILL BILL YOU FOR A DISPUTE CHARGE FORE 30.OO EACH TIME THEY TRY TO DIG IN YOUR ACCOUNT. IF YOU ARE IN THE SAME BOAT PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CONTACT ME, I AM PURSUING A CLASS ACTION SUIT DO NOT TRUST ANYONE WHO ASKS YOU TO SO A CASH ADVANCE. THEU WILL KEEP HITTING YOUR BANK ACCOUNT FOR ANY REASON.
I HAVE USED OTHERS, THIS ONE IS A SCAM.

I was short on cash and long on month, and they got to me, too. After paying back the $390 in full, they sent me a letter informing me that they got an NSF!!! Shortly thereafter, they were able to access my account for an additional $350. I have contacted the Fraud Department of my bank and pointed out to them that the first $390 was authorized - the rest wasn't and to close my account.
However, I'm not stopping there... if ordinary citizens went around holding people up and taking their money, we'd be in jail... well, that's just where these folks need to be so they can't ripoff others.
To those of you who can't get cooperation from your bank, there's a couple of things you can do: (1) you can demand that they cancel those transfers out of your account, or (2) simply close the account, (3) report it to the FBI as this is interstate and may even be connected to the Miami Tribe, or (4) report it to your local police.... but don't take it lying down.
Did anyone else here notice that after initiating the original loan that your email was swamped with ads for similar small loans? Seems that the only thing valid about them is their name - they're united alright - united with a bunch of other ripoff artists.
