United Check Recovery Bureau Fraudulent Debit Collection Agency Orchard Park New York

I was contacted by a collection agency in April, 2014 who stated that they were taking me to court unless I set up payment arrangement for past due amount of $900.00. I panic as there was a cash advance loan that was outstanding, and I just assumed that was the nature of the call. After being verbally threatened with garnishment, I reluctantly gave the person my debit card and amounts of money each month for repayment. After 11 months of paying, I tried to reach the company to find out how much more I still owed, when I was unable to make contact with United Check Recovery via their phone number online 1-716-674-2394. After many unsuccessful attempts of calling the number with no answer, I then Google mapped the company and was unable to successfully locate a working contact number, nor locate the actual location of said company. I was also unable to retrieve the amount of funds which I am out of in the amount of $825.00, as my banking institution stated that I gave out my information willingly over the phone. The dates of transactions start in April, 2014 until 1/15/15.
