Both my wife and I retained these dirtbags supposed services, after hearing an ad on a Phila. radio station. They were very accomodating to sign me up and take my deposit and that's where in ended.

After months of having them take their automatic withdrawl and not being able to contact them in any way shape or form, we closed the account they were sucking out of. Believe it or not they still did not respond even after having their money supply cut off.

I finally got a response when they received the supeona from small claims court. This JERKOFF had the nerve to try and turn the tables to make everything my fault. We went to court. They showed up with a whole entourage of MORONS, such that the court officer said "who are all these people?". We were told that we were speaking with the CFO & the CEO of the corporation.

After an 1 1/2 hours of nonsense with these jerks an agreement was reached. They were to pay us each 250.00 in refund and to terminate the balance of the contract. When told by the court officer to write the check both MORONS explained that they had no authority to do so and had to call their office first. This really PISSED off the court officer that these idots would waste his time. So much so that he was ready to take it to the judge. After more talk this time between the court officer and the MORONS they agreed to send the check within 2 business days.

GUESS WHAT! NO CHECK! We then but a judgment against them after 4 weeks, for what good that does. To this day 6months later,NOTHING! Please let there be some lawyer out there to file a class action against this company. They should not be able to breathe the same air as the rest of us!

#1 UPDATE EX-employee responds

What you should do

AUTHOR: Michelle12313 - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, December 30, 2008

You probably already have heard, but the State Dept. of Consumer Affairs has finally filed a lawsuit against these dirtbags and are having them shut down (if not already done). Go to their website and find the link to leave your personal information, so that if they are ever able to get a single cent of the hard-earned clients money they stole, you will be able to get back some of what you lost.

I suggested to others who had filed a complaint here that you also contact the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office and put some pressure on them to charge the two owners criminally. What they did was criminal. I am ashamed to say that I worked there. I really did believe that they were legitimate in the beginning. I was deserperately in need of the income, otherwise I would have left much sooner after finding out what they were up to. They INTENTIONALLY debited their client's bank accounts (and cc and debit cards) twice, three times at sometimes THREE weeks AHEAD of the scheduled date. They did this when their personal funds were low and they needed to go on one of their HOLIDAY weekends. I have contacted the Prosecutor's Office and informed them of these ty pes of practices. I hope they will do something with it.

I am sorry for the money you lost and the frustration you suffered through as a result of your connection with UCA. Good luck to you.
