I have been with the company for too long, and I have not seen much for results.  Although they did initially help me, they told me they had a "process" of making credit bureaus respond to "every round of letters" sent to them.  They said that each "round" of letters is worded differently, which is why the individual credit bureaus have to respond to each letter they send.

 I found out that they not only do NOT have different formats for the letters, the letters are re-sent every month and it's nothing more than throwing crap against the wall to see what sticks.  I finally got a copy of the letters sent out on my behalf, and each one was worde the same way.

 I have been very disappointed in the services.  When I told them how disappointed I was, when I was finally able to get a hold of someone at the company--other than the "yes, man" (woman) who responds to the complaints and side steps every question you ask them, they told me that I didn't cancel soon enough, so I was on the hook for another years payments to them.  Normally you are not able to get anyone to respond to your questions.

 I would NOT recommend using this company.  I personally believe the owner has no morals or scruples and will lie striaght to your face, but that is just MY OPINION.
