Yes I want a full report done on the people that I am reporting. I have contacted the news and I will be contacting others. You will also find in the info what I am letting people know. Also you will see there fees and so on. I think this bank needs to be shut down. I will keep going tell I feel the person knows everything about these people.
Yes I am wanting to have a report done on United Credit Union. I have heard they are the worst Bank ever. What they do is they charge you fees for dumb stuff, you go in there and then you set there and when you open an account they will set there and look threw a book to figure out what they have to do. And then if we ask the manger to get help he gets all upset cause he thinks it is wrong to ask for help. We went in there to handle something and this women was trying to help and he said I Know" And then also they have fired Mangers and so on. People has took there Business else where. Also I am going to report them to IRS, And then, Better Business Bureaus. And everyone else I think everyone should have a right to know these people have no clue what they are doing. You can walk in the bank with 50.00 bucks and then open an account also you use to not have to have anything but a dollar Now you walk in the bank tell them you want an account and then you open it with 50.00 bucks but wait they will charge you other fees (Witch I will turn into IRS) and then also you have poor customer service (they will look threw books, they Tex well working, they just are not a Bank. These people also do not go threw no check systems so your account will be opened. I will keep telling everyone about these people. This bank use to be owned by River Regions and everyone that was with them got told they will be moving and a new bank will open well come to find out this new bank (United Credit Union) has no clue what they are doing. I know a lot of people who has Banked with he people and also they have A: left B: went some where else I think you all need to look into this cause I think people have rights and peoples taxes are on this also. So please do a report about this.
So far I have reported to every News, BBB, You All, IRS, and Ripoffreport.com. And I will keep reporting them.

Well don't hold your breath that the News, BBB or IRS will do anything. Mainly because if you wrote the same thing to them that you wrote here they will have no clue as to what you are talking about.
But some basic things I think I gathered from your report.
Yes a Credit Union is not a Bank. There are transactions Banks can do that Credit Unions can not. While they are governed by different entities, they do basically follow the same policies.
If they do not verify you against ChexSystems that means that they are a "Second Chance" Credit Union. These generally cater to the high risk individual who has had banking issues in the past. So they have higher fees to offset some of this risk.
They inform you of the fees, if you don't like them, then go somewhere else.
