Company out of Champlain, NY called to 'confirm' the address of an order that we didn't order. He managed to get a name of my clerk and she unfortunately gave our address. Luckily she left me a note, so I knew the 'supplies' were coming.

We watched for the FedEx package but a new clerk, now that it is Christmas signed for it. Then we discovered that it was from them. We have left it sitting in back. We emailed them because I was able to find them on the web, and they told me to just call back FedEx and they would take it back. *(NOT)* it was delivered.

I then emailed them and told them they MUST send a CALL TAG and if we don't receive it in 10 business days we would dispose of the supplies. They then sent us a bill for 12 rolls of tape at a total of $289.00. The same supplies cost only $18.95 x 2 at OfficeMax or approximately $40.00.

I informed them then via fax that we had not ORDERED the items and that since we had not received the call tag they would be disposed of. In addition, I will not
respond to any billings and invoices. Also I will be filling with the BB in New York.

Beware, they pray on small and large business and will then extort them with threats about filing with credit agencies.

I am not sure on how to monitor that but these Canadians doing telemarking scams out of Champlain, NY are just scum.
