LOL yet another "pay to play" REO scam out of Glenview, Illinois (maybe try picking a different City and State you losers)  What a joke these people are.  They are low level scam artists who continually repackage and revamp their websites with the same cookie cutter look with a different name and ask for $549 or $399 or $299 or whatever they can swindle out of you.  They have no properties and never will, they are scam artists pure and simple.  Go to the BBB and start to file a complaint, the phone number they have listed is for a Haagen-Daz in Fort Lauderdale Florida.

Never, ever pay ANYONE upfront for REO work, that is not how the business works.  This is Team Lear from years ago, check their latest website before this one, Fleetwood Partners which was REVOKED from the BBB.

If you get taken by them, they will just ignore your requests for a refund.  The best thing to do is contact the Attorney General of Illinois and file a formal complaint, if enough people do that they will hopefully finally get locked up.
