United Energy Trading, LLC dba Spruce Energy Services Fraud company opened account without my permission Sacramento California

This company sent sales representatives to my house 1-2 times a week for several months. I literally cannot count the number of times they knocked on my door until one day in October they finally stopped. I thought they finally got the point or their sales reps moved on to a different area but no. They actually signed PG&E up with my services without my permission. I called the company when I found out and they insisted they had a voice recording of an order confirmation for my service. When I asked to hear it they refused to play it back for me. They said they also had a contract I signed, when I asked for a copy they told me they would "investigate" it but could not provide it at that time.

They told me they would stop billing me and would have to investigate before they could offer me any refund. They said they would call me as soon as their investigator had any information. Since that time I never heard from them again. They continue to bill me and have never provided me with any proof of this fictitious order that I know I never placed. PG&E says they can't stop them from billing me and the company won't stop so I have filed a police report, a BBB report, and I will file everywhere I can until this fraudulent company answers for what it has done. What they have done is nothing short of identity theft and fraud.
