We received a letter and very real check also for the amount of $4980.40. Also gave matching winning numbers (mega ball 21 ) for a $250K prize. The letter gave a phone number as well as the name Monique Costa for contact information. The letter was also signed by Cindy Ashworthy. We did not take further action on this, as it was clear this was a scam. We do, however wish to report it in hopes that these people will be caught and shut down. It all looks very official and the letter is very convincing. The company name on the check is "Capitol Corporation" in Philadelphia, PA - the bank name is "Chase Bank, NA" - Columbus OH. - routing number is 000001669-
