I was called 3 times right in a row. My husband answered the phone and the Officer would not discuss it with him. THe offficer also called my place of employment and told them he was an officer and needed to get ahold of me concerning legal matters.
I called the officer back when I got home. Appeared to be recorded the whole time and was told I was being charged for theft for a pay day loan that I took out and they hadn't received payment for. Said I owed 511.00 and if I was to go to court I would have an additonal 3000+ added to that amount.
I said I never took out a loan and my bank didn't have a deposit for that amount. I said I would get a lawyer and have them contect him over this matter.
