This company was to help me consolidate my credit card debt and lower my interest.  They required the first and last payment at the beginning of the program.  Initially, things went well.  However, the last year was a constant battle getting the money taken out of my account paid to the credit card companies.  The stall tactics were frustrating as the typical response was that it would be paid "next week". 

After a year of daily fights on the phone, the bills were finally paid.  That was six months ago and they are not refunding that initial $900 payment as promised.  The promises of "next week" have been coming for two months.   Negotiate your own payment plan with the credit card companies.  This company takes advantage of people in desparate situations.  Don't use them and if you have, file a complaint with BBB!!
