A Gloria Hillard called me and said she was collecting a debt owed and that she had done a background check on me and I didn't seem like a person who would skip out on a debt. She had me set up payment arrangements for an old cash payday loan (I think my kids might have done this?? But I didn;t have any) and refused to give me the name of the original lender and the date of the loan. She referred me to an Aet Maxwell and associates, and Alvin Brown who told me that if I didn't pay they would send the paperwork to my county and I would be arrested. When I asked again the original date and place of loan he wouldn't give it to me. I have retained counsel and he said "we'll go to court then". I'll see what happens. But so NOT send money without representation.
