This company and these employees need to be reprimanded for their actions. Their premeditated consistenant delays in communication, their laziness in doing "due dillegence" to their customers  and their non performance in their jobs in researching a claim has "conveniently caused an over 90 day period" which they state is over the time period for researching a claim, therefore, they don't have to pay your claim.

This company needs to be investigated.
