WageWorks WageWorks handles United Health Care COBRA - VERY INCOMPETENTLY Chicago Illinois

There is far too much in the way of specifics to document all of the problems. Here is a basic summary:

1) WageWorks was assigned to process my COBRA benefits

2) They have dropped the ball so many times it is ridiculous

3) I have been very courteous & always had all of my info ready when calling them

4) Thjey provided lots of misinformation

5) The representatives, while basically friendly, are not authorized to help & are under-trained

6) After a month of phone calls, I still have no health care & am having medical issues & problems directly resulting from lack of health care

 Whoever contracted them probably got a great deal & saved their institution money, but were either unaware or uninformed that WageWorks is a very poor vendor.
