Wageworks Wageworks healthcare card Wageworks won't let us use our 1500.00 we paid Lexington, Kentucky

Wageworks won't let us use our 1500.00 we paid into because they require a receipt for every transaction of which we did submit online every time. All was well untli one day after going to the dentist we scanned the wageworks card of which we have done numerous times before and then as wageworks requires we submit the receipt. The problem is wageworks claims they sent a check to the dentist plus was scanned making that a double paymet they say. We called them numerous times and evertime it's someting different and more confusing excuses as to why they suspend our account over a 129.00 dentist visit. It was deliberatley manipulated to be suspende by wageworks so that they can keep our 1500.00 on our card. We tried contacting the dentist to help but it apperas to be a difficult  problem to fix. This has been nothing but a nightmare and our account has been suspend for about 1 year now. We also are reporting them to the BBB. They blocked my cell phone by sending me to an advertising scam that won't take no for an answer trying to get us to buy more useless products of which we do not want. We only wanted to use our card to go to the doctors or dentist but now seems hopeless. Wageworks ois a total fraud and a huge scam. They are exremely deceptive do not trust.
