I received a phone call from this man stating that I was going to go to jail within two hours if I did not send him a copy of my debit card and a note stating that I was allowing this company to debit my account for 1,250. He called me on a Thursday and stated that I was going to have my information download to the district attorney's office. Furthermore he stated that I needed to call him every day over a recorded line to verify my payment. He stated that I needed to do this or I would be terribly sorry and go to jail for six months and not see my family or anyone else again. He called my voicemail at work and stated if I thought he was a fool or what because I had not faxed the information to him immediately. He had all my information and he was very scary. I paid the loan from Midland Credit services and he still called back over and over. His name was Will Buxton and his number is 202-715-0902 and he has not called since that Friday asking about anything.
Be careful with this one; because it will take you fast!

I got the same phone call !!!

The same voice called me at my work phone, saying my SSN was being investigated. I kept asking the name of the company and said I want to know who I am talking to. He got very upset and started threating me then said if I did not want to listen to what he had to say, he was going to send the police out to arrest me at my work and had the address. I said fine, send them as I cannot think of any reason I should be arrested. Then he hung on me, but tried several times to call me back. I did not pick up the phone. Just the fact that he called my work, scared me very much. He is very rude and threating !! It was horrible.
