You don't have to be so RUDE!!  First of all, there's a big difference between "stupidity" and "ignorance".  And "ignorance" is a state of being when you don't "know" something, or haven't "learned of", or been "exposed" or "experienced" to something.  F.Y.I...............I am a teacher; and we have NEVER taught "civial law" or anything close to those bylaws in school.  That's why people have to go to "law school" after high school to become lawyers!  

Furthermore, after being attacked and harrassed by these shocking and most-intrusive individuals, myself, I can absolutely see how ANYONE could or would be a "victim" of their plan.  Especially if you are not aware what the civil courts of your community impose in actuality.

Oh........and I suppose........YOU of course have NEVER wrongly trusted anyone or perhaps made a bad judgment call in your life.............ever?!!??!! 

The "extenguished Mr. Jack Adams" seems to be getting bolder, and bolder by the day.  He just used this very same contact "name" and "number" on me just a few days ago! 

This shows how "balls-y" and "arrogant" these low-life maggots are, wow!  They really have no sense of human compassion or consideration what-so-ever.  They are pure evil and they're definitely going to H....................

People usually get scammed only because of their own stupidity. Do you have any common sense at all? Are you really stupid enough to think that you could be arrested? Maybe you should have paid attention in school so you would have known that you cannot be arrested for a civil debt.

Learn the difference between civil and criminal matters. Why would you even answer the phone? Why would you have conversation with a scammer?

Don't be so stupid and you will be ok.
