I had purchased a laser hair removal package from this company back in April 2008. I had received 6 treatments so far, but I definitely need more. I was told by one of the technicians that it takes about 12 total treatments for the hair to be completely gone. Plus, you get a guarantee of unlimited treatments for up to 3 years. I called the Woodridge location to change an appointment in January and the phone number was disconnected. I did some research on the web and found out that they are no longer in business. I paid for my package on a credit card they offer (Care Credit) and I have until April to pay it off. I have not made any payments yet. What can I do in order to get at least a partial refund. Care Credit removed my existing balance of $4,700

I bought a $5,000 package and had a remaining balance of $4,700. I contacted Care Credit ... explained the situation as well as provided them with emails back and forth showing them the clinic was closed and they happily and quickly removed the remaining $4,700. I urge you to work through your credit card company.
