United Laser Clinics is a TOTAL RIP-OFF! They took over $2100 of my hard earned money and DISAPPEARED! They set up shop originally off Ladue Road, in Clayton MO 63105. They then lost their contract there and moved about 3 miles away. I paid for laser hair removal on the face (yes, I have it bad due to hormone imbalance) and I am olive complexion.
they (Kim Palmier) contracted with me that if I were to pay cash for the service, I would be treated to several areas of the body for free (legs, bikini and underarms) plus, I will receive 10 FREE microdermabrasions. She showed me photo's of before and afters, they were all FAKES I find out after researching this company and their "actors"
I am totally frustrated and need my money back so I can find a REPUTABLE company that can provide me with the services I need! After doing some more research, I now find that ALL of their clinics have CLOSED AND WALKED from hundreds of PAID individuals that are left out their hard earned money as well as treatment promised and contracted for.

They have ripped off people again!

Wow. Kimberly Palmier is the owner of this business. Check links below.
My girlfriend bought a package for $600 (multiple treatments) because they talked her into it being a better deal. She's been trying to schedule appointment after appointment and no answer, plus their website is down.
The front desk attendant, at the building they were in, said they snuck in at night and removed all their equipment and furniture... probably to create a new tax ID number and start a new company (Michael Scott [from The Office] business mentality.)
This will be a class action lawsuit, because she was the 11th person so far to come in and get answers.
Let me know if anyone finds anything else. I'll post if I hear more. Complain to the BBB people!

Secondary Response to Screwed in St Louis

In a secondary response to your post please consider the following:
SLANDER
A type of defamation. Slander is an untruthful oral (spoken) statement about a person that harms the person's reputation or standing in the community. Because slander is a tort (a civil wrong), the injured person can bring a lawsuit against the person who made the false statement. If the statement is made via broadcast media -- for example, over the radio or on TV -- it is considered libel, rather than slander, because the statement has the potential to reach a very wide audience.
This is the legal definition of slander. With all the facts of your statement UNTRUE, with the exception of United Laser Clincs closed, and the fact that you included my full name, I believe you have fulfilled the definition of the SLANDER. I take pride in my reputation in the medical community and my endeavor, especially the many referrals I recieve from physicians, clients, and friends. I dont understand why you would blog lies and extreme exaggerations???
As a single mother with a disabled child, I work very hard and do the best I can do. I consistantly pursue higher education so that I can do the best of services in the medical spa setting. I have worked very hard and built an amazing reputation in this industry for over 20 years!! And you post an entire page of untruths and exaggerations and use my name??? I will consult with my attorney about further legal action.

Hi Screwed in St Louis. So sorry to hear about your unhappiness. First off, our office is not CLOSED. United Laser Clinics is out of business. We are now owned by Renew Cosmetic Spa. All packages and agreements are being honored by the new company, therefore your package is still good with us. We have notified all our clients by email, letter, or phone. I believe you have an appointment Tuesday May 19th which that appointment is still standing. NOW Id like to set a few things straight. First off, we are NOT ACTORS!! Our St Louis team is VERY dedicated to our clients and service is our NUMBER ONE PRIORITY, many clients will tell you so. Second, I do apologize you must be a little confused about your package. When you purchased your package ($750) you get ONE free treatment to try any service you would like to try. As far as 10 FREE MICRODERMS, GEEZ I DONT EVEN GET 10 FREE MICROS. If I have recommended or offered a few complimentary ones for you, it is to better the results of the treatments you are getting. Third, as far as FAKE PICTURES, considering the only pictures I show are from the laser manufactures, then would the laser companies be giving us FAKE PICTURES, provided by various physician offices across the us?? DONT THINK SO. If you would like to contact me to discuss this further, please do so. Kim
