United Law Group Sean Alan Rutledge Attorney This firm takes advantage of people like me in desperate need that is experiencing a financial hardship to want to modify home and they extend there service charging $3500 for nothing. They are a scam They are a scam taking advantage of people loosing there homes because a financial hardship. They never return a call, banks have no clue of them. BBB has them as a grade "F"! I have been a victim of fraudulent scam. United Law group has taken advantage of not only my case but many others with indicating they will represent my case through a modification process to save my home. My husband and I have experienced a financial hardship and acting upon frustration with the bank and them not expanding there help we were almost forced to hire a third party on this. One day a representative from United Law group called our home indicating that they work through banks customers that ask for home modification services. They spoke very highly of them in there practice and there success rate. We were in need so we agreed for there services. They charged us $3,500.00. Up front we had to pay $1,800.00 and in 2 installments the rest (mind you they draft it out of my bank account). It has been 11 months now with living in stress because we have not got a direct answer on our status. We leave messages (many) no returned calls. We only get a call center when we call the office to were we can only leave a message.

My cousin who is also a victim of there scam has lost his home due to United Law Group sitting on his case not contacting him with what the banks have send them. You know they told us when we first opened the case not to communicate with the lender whats so ever so we didn't. Now that this tragedy has happened to my cousin I am doing my homework investigating and finding out facts of things that they have not done for us. I contacted my lender and told them my situation and I am grateful to them and GOD!! that they are willing to help me out in a way were they will hold any further foreclosure actions of any kind because I was referred to a program (governmental) that assists low income families with modifying there payments and no cost. This time I did my home to further research this agency and they are very legit with no bad record in BBB.. I am going to fight for my money  back because this is money that is very much needed in my situation and it belongs to my family and I. Money that is very hard worked for just so that a business scam THINKS he could get it for free, NOT!!!! They have just meet there worse night mare. Sorry to say that but I have no respect let alone any remorse what they are going to be punished with.
