United Law Services Ryan Hale Harrasing phone calls Encicadino, California

I am getting harassing phone calls from a heavily accented man claiming to be "Ryan Hale".  Leaves a message that I am to return the phone ASAP and that it is time sensitive.  I finally answered the call one day to find out who it was that was calling.  I asked with whom he was with and told me that he was representing UNITED LAW SERVICES and was calling to collect money for an outstanding payday loan.

I had asked him which company that this payday loan was from 3 TIMES and the last time, he told me that he would get a hold of someone who could help me with that information and then proceeded to put me on hold.  Well, I just went ahead and hung up due to fact that I was driving and did NOT need to wait for someone 'else' to come on phone to tell me who they were collecting for.  The message is always the same, with same name, heavily accented and then when you DO answer it is a 'speech' that he tries to give you and does NOT really want to answer your questions when asked.

I am getting tired of these phone calls to two separate phones which in total I receive between 6-8 a day from them!  I had a similar experience back in 2010 from a different company posing as a collection agency for a payday loan and they stopped calling for a while AFTER I had told them that I had proof in my hands that I DID NOT receive such a payday loan into my account.  I was still threatened with court, law coming to get me, etc.  Another scam with the same game, just using a different company name
