I was ripped off by Joseph Mendoza with another company first called Contact Direct Solutions. I have recently found out that he is under investigation by 3 seperate detectives for fraud. Know he is working for United Mortgage Advocacy at the same address as the other company that is not a coincedence. He RIPPED me off for $950.00. Then he tried to call me and tell me that i was approved for a refinance with Citi Financial. I fell for it at first i paid him alot of money for a Appraisal and other fees and never got anything I did my research and it was all fraud. So i hope they catch him soon i have already talked to the investigators and they told me they are just building a case before they arrest him. United Mortgage Advocacy does the same thing i know this for a fact cause by chance someone i know talked to Joseph and he promised the same stuff as before so they are the same as the other company did and they are the same. PLEASE DONT BE A VICTIM LIKE ME THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUST THEY ARE A SCAM.
Also I found out that this address was under investigation for multiple counts of FRAUD!!!!

We are a newly formed non profit company that has only been open for business 1 week and has not yet had any clients. Joseph Mendoza is not an employee of our company and we do not do any sort of Loan Modification. We are a organization helping homeowners file documents to their lender.
This false claim was made by an ex employee that was let go because of his childish manners and unprofessional work ethic. It is very disappointing that anyone can just come to this website and file a false claim with no evidence. Anyone can contact my office at 714-382-7050 for more information. We are currently working with an attorney to get this false claim removed.
