United Morgage Group liars in the mortgage loans Kansas City Missouri

I contacted United Mortgage Group (UMG) in October 2008 to try and get a loan. I talked with Paul Turpin and we went through all the documents and forms that we needed to sign and etc, he let me know that I was approved for up to $250,000 just needed to wait on the underwriters before I could get the loan. The underwriters, according to Paul, took three months, in which case myself and my Realtor tried to contact him everyday, and he rarely returned the calls, even went on vacation during the mess...then when we tried to put pressure on him for fulfilling his promise for the loan, which is documented through his emails and personal phone calls to me and my Realtor.When the pressure was applied to him he quit and said that we needed to talk to his owner Charlie. I talked to Charlie once, and Charlie did the same thing Paul did, told me he would call me right back, but never did...even after I left a few messages on his voicemail and sent him a few text messages. Over all, with everything UMG told me what to do while the underwriters were "taking so long", my credit has dropped, I have a notice of eviction...because Paul said he would talk to my landlord and tell them we are buying a house, then experiencing a number of medical emergency problems because of the situation...and for what? UMG does not act like a professional business and does not operate in the truth of what they do.
