Mr. Brown was very unprofessional. He never asked for my address and he started communicating with me via text message. He made up the total price once the move was complete and a lot of my furniture was destroyed. He never collected my signed forms. He wanted cash only. He exclaimed that he would have the furniture fixed yet he has hung up on me twice and ignored my calls multiple times. They showed up with a rental truck that was way too small. The movers complained about him most of the time. The move took 8 hours when it could have taken 3. He tried to charge me extra for the extra time it took to make 2 trips (they had to make 2 trips because the truck was too small). He never visited to make an estimate just made it up and the movers were upset when they arrived. The movers also started helping the apartment across the street while my furniture was in the truck and I was paying them for my time. DO NOT use this company if you want a safe, reliable move.
