United Nation Law Firm US Dept of Justice Caller has a thick foreign accent, claims I am about to be sued, arrested, my wages attached Levitown, Pennsylvania

Several months ago I received a call from a male with a heavy foreign accent claiming to be an Officer Stanley from the Dept of Justice. I let the call go to voicemail and he left me a message extremely hard to understand telling me there was a lawsuit against me and my social security number and as soon as I received this message I must contact him or I would find myself in a legal mess. He ended his call with have a blessed day.  His phone number is 661-240-9162 

They also call my work several times a day and I am worried about losing my job because of them. They are rude to our receptionist who transfers the calls.

Since then I've received several more calls from males with a heavy foreign accent with names like Steve Martin, Mike Watkins. Sometimes they tell me the name of the company, most times not. But it's all fake.

When you call them back and tell them you know it's a scam they yell and curse at you.

They have all my information. I had to close my bank account, purchase a ID theft service and I am constantly harassed by these people.

I reported them to the Attorney General Office Consumer Affairs Division, Fair Trade Commission and my local police. They say nobody can do anything because they are probably calling from out of the country.

They must not be very organized or bright because they keep calling me and I keep telling them I know it's a scam and I'm not giving them any money.

They used Cashnet.com a payday loan company, who I contacted and they sent me a letter confirming these were fraudulent debt collectors and they were doing everything they could to assist in catching them.

I'd like to get a class action suit againist these people. Surely with all their phone numbers, if we get a trace on our phone we should be able to catch them and put them out of business.
