December 28, 2013 at 15.00 arrived and handled by Alexandra Chavez for purchasing a Nissan Versa. After so long day and exshauted around 8 pm we decided to purchase Nissan Versa SL after all sweet lip service they provided to us. My husband signed everything and seemed they really rushing us to purchased and signed all the paperworks. Since we had our 2 years old with us, I told her that I will picked up the car the next day. She pushed me to picked up that night. Forcely I agreed, even the car still dirty after washed. The next day shockingly found out the edometer was 2281 miles on it. What on earth, she really screwed us.

I called, the manager said will replaced with the new one. We went back to dealer and after being ignored and waited for 1 hour, the manager just told us that he will be right back but never happend. Calling the customer service from OHio, asked us what they could help to make us happy. I said replace our car with the more sense miles, of course not 0 mile but at least the most 500 miles and for sure not that ridiculous more than 2000 miles just like they drove the car all  the way from east to west coast before selling it to us. The customer service said he would see what he could do but  never respond back. My husband told Alexandra Chavez for being lied to us, the only thing she could do just keep apologizing and gave us the board cover while the cost for us to get 2281 miles car suppose to get refund at least $1000 since we just purchase a second used car from that lousy and liar car dealer.

I sent the complaint letter to Consumer Affair Dept in TN, got reply back that they refer our complaint letter to United Nissan Las Vegas. But till now after 4 months letter was referred to them, we never heard nothing from United Nissan. Seemed they dont care at all for customer service as long as they sold the car already. They just rip us off for selling this kind of used car with miles and miles on odometer besides their suck customer service.

Mara I got some helpful information for you, :) No auto dealer that I know would ever give you this INFO.... !!!! :)

AUTHOR: Auto dealer fraud Investigator - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, July 29, 2014

Mara I got some helpful information for you. First let me explain a little about me. I help law firms as an expert witness. What I do is I help law firms that are suing dealerships for Car buyers who have been taken advantage of or laws have been broken. Did you finance the car ? Do you have a copy of the credit application you filled out I am willing to bet that you do not. I'm asking these questions for reason. Please work with me for a few minutes. Finance managers take information off of your credit application and stick it in some Financing software and ship the data to a bunch of different lenders. Sometimes they will not tell the truth in the software regarding the information about you that they send to lenders. I have a copy of the customers credit application where she wrote down on it that she only makes $1200 a month but she had excellent credit. The dealership took certain information off of her credit application and applied it to the software this financial software that most dealerships use And they typed in this customer made $5000 a month. Because they knew the customer would not get a loan only making $1200 a month. When a dealerships Finance manager fraudulently places false information in software and shipped it off to as many lenders as they possibly can fined. I am willing to bet that's breaking the law and I'm willing to bet that that is wire fraud. It's also called predatory lending tactics. If you had a copy of your credit application and you call your lender and ask them for a copy of the data that they have on file regarding your loan If anything is not matched up as far as your address as far as your income as far as how long you been on your job you have a problem.

Let's talk about something else called CSI DIVERSION. Now I'm sure that you and many other people do not know what this means but let me explain it. After a customer buys a brand-new car certain information such as your name, your current mailing address, your phone number and your email address and other information about the car Are placed on the RDR report. Retail delivery report. That is sent directly to the manufacturer for two reasons, actually three. One the dealership wants to get credit for selling the car, Two they Possibly will get a bonus if they sold enough of a particular model. Three they want Nissan motor Corporation to be able to have the opportunity to send you a CSI survey. Nissan motor Corporation wants to know how you were treated are you happy, are you dissatisfied, Did the dealership take care of you, Was the Salsman knowledgeable about the product, And then they ask you questions like would you buy from that dealership again. When you contact Nissan Motor Corp with the contact information and I'm going to post the bottom of my posting, ask them what is the mailing address and email address they have on file. If they give you something that's not true tell them that you feel the dealership is doing CSI DIVERSION Which could result in no safety recall notices on your new car....... !!!!!!!! One of the other important reasons that Nissan motor Corporation needs to contact you is regarding any future safety recall notices. If the dealership falsified the RDR records the information that went on the RDR report to the manufacture You just might not get any safety recall notices. So look Aspects of that.

Now as far as this banking financial software that dealerships use let me explain something else to you. This is information that you will not get told by anybody at any dealership that I am aware of. Let's say that you signed a contract and you signed a contract with an interest rate printed on it of 10% interest. The dealership will send over information about your car deal in that software to a bucket load of lenders that are logged into the software from all of the lenders offices. In other words they are all linked up together. What a dealership will typically do is try to get a lender amongst all those lenders to give them the lowest BUY RATE Interest. So a certain lender offers the dealership a BUY RATE of 4% Interest. If you signed a contract to agree to 10% interest. Now you see the point spread of 6% interest. That goes directly to the dealership as profit. In other words Dealership got you approved or BOUGHT at 4% but they charge you 10%. What is the interest rate printed on your contract ???? More than likely the reason they do not want to talk to you is because they've already got a deal funded on your car with a lender. Now think about it, do you think they really want to go through the hassle of unwinding that deal and selling you another car because of 2281 miles on the car that you bought ? I DON'T THINK THEY WOULD DO THAT EVER !!!!! I am willing to bet on your contract that tells you the interest-rate I'm willing to bet that it does not tell you the name of the lender. Post the vehicle identification number on your report !!!!! It is very important that you do that that way if anybody ever googles your vehicle identification number nine times out of 10 your ripoff report will pop up on the first page I am willing to bet. That will help get your story out to many people.

Footnote to everybody..... When ever you post a complaint on any complaint site regarding your car deal list your vehicle identification number in the report is very important to do that no matter what website you are posting on Google this vin number. 1NXBR32EX4Z193924 Look what pops up on the first page of a Google search when you google the above VIN. :) The story gets out on a bigger scale when it comes to auto dealer or RV dealer complaints. SO POST YOUR VIN one the complaint site that you use. The dealerships finance manager sell you any extras in the finance office ? Items such as an extended warranty, Service maintenance agreement, Credit life and disability insurance, Gap insurance. ???? If you have paperwork showing that they provided you or sold you these products or services but it's not mentioned on the contract it reveals the interest rate of what I've been told that is against the law. If you have a contract where you purchased a service agreement an extended warranty or any items such as that that you bought from the finance department and it's not itemized on the contract with the dollar amount of each item from what I've been told once again that is against the law from what I have been told. Dealerships do a lot of dirty things and they get away with it because the Atty. Gen. do not have the time or the resources to go after them. TV stations and radio stations do not want to reveal scams in the automotive industry because that's where they get most of their advertising dollars from. you listen to all the commercials on the radio and TV every weekend. It's Time auto manufactures LISTEN TO THEIR CUSTOMERS, I HOPE ALL AGREE.......

Now think of me as your FRIEND and USE this contact info. Do not say I did not try to help you.. email a link of this report to your favorite car dealer... WORD TO YOUR MOTHER...
