My grandparents received a letter from the United Online Collections Division stating they owed some $19.90 to Juno. I called Juno and found that the account had been canceled in July of 2007 and that Juno showed their account had been credited and was paid in full. I tryed calling United Online Collection Division only to find the same recording with no option to talk to anyone. We do not intend to pay this company. Juno had our billing information and for whatever reason stoped withdrawing the payment out of our account. Their was no eforrt made by Juno to collect this money Prior to sending it to collections. If this does anything negative to our credit we also intend to seek legal action.
