United Payment Services Lied to Get My Business, Signed Me up without My approval! Westlake Village, California

I called around to check rates of credit card processing companies.  Zach at United Payment services told me they needed my banking information to check my credit.  I told him I didn't want an account at this time that I was shopping around.  He told me to just go ahead and sign the application and that it wasn't necessary to read it, because it just gives them approval for a credit check.  I stupidly did and asked him several times that by signing it in no way signs me up for an account.  He lied and said no.  He said their minimum agreement was six months.  Two days later I got a call and I had a new account with them.  When I called in it took two hours to get a manager, they claimed there wasn't one for a while.  Then I spoke with a Jeniffer and a finally a Steve.  Steve was rude and tried to tell me I signed stuff and it was my problem.  They were going to charge me $400.00 to get out of my 3 year contract which I never signed up for.  I had to change my banking info and it cost me money due to them being fraudulent.  Do not do business with them and don't give them any info or sign anything with them.
