This is to anybody that will listen. I got ripped off of $999.00 and I'm extremely aggravated. It started out as a simple loan of $5000.00. Then came catches of getting more money from me $250.00 for security deposit and then last payment I would not have to make. then the $250.00 would be refunded. THen came need $311.00 and it would also be refunded. Then it finally hit they needed an additional $438.00 and it would be refunded. Now they are saying the Federal Government needs money to deposit the money into my account of $500.00 THey do however have my banking information.

Just scammers.

This is not a lending company. It's just scammers pretending to be lenders in order to get you to send them cash. No doubt they required payment through an untraceable source such as Western Union or Moneypak. Scammers do this because there's no way to connect them to your money. Legitimate businesses don't require untraceable payments.
As long as you keep sending money, they'll keep coming up with stories. As you can see by the "Federal Government" story, the reasons keep getting more and more absurd.
Unfortunately, there's not much you can do to get your money back. All the info they gave you is fake. In the future, any lender who requires a cash payment as a condition for a personal loan is a scammer. That's not legal. For more info, see the FTC's web page on Advance Fee Loan scammers :
