United Property Associete I am renting condo from Lanlord who bought condo from UPA. This association is harassing me non-stop no reason sending me letters since I moved in saying I have plants and lights outside, car being wa United Property Associetes rip-off company with rude employees. I been renting property from Landlord which is maintaned by United Property Associetes. Somehow since I moved in I received few notices of Loud music, plant outside, bench is visible and car being washed. Fact is I have one small plant outside which many of them have it. Any other compalints are false as condo member living next to me can't stand me I being immigrant single woman. My water bill is $180 for every two months, which was reported to them and they gave me run around saying I need to contact H2O company. H2O company never had any employee working. I got call from H2O saying meter don't have any problem at all. I called City of VA and they told me that water bill goes to condo a*s. and they can't help me. Landlord hired cheapest plumber in town who don't know how to detect leakage. There were toilet leaks which was fixed 5 months latter and landlord harassing me to pay whole amt. and willing to take care of only 20% of it saying it is voilation of lease. UPA supported her saying I been washing car in my condo to get rid off me so she can evict me and keep month and a half deposit. It sound like condo association co-opearting with landlord so they can split my deposit in half as landlord sending non stop harassing email saying I voilated HOI rules and if I don't pay rent this month on 5th she will evict me. She also wrote I been giving her late rent each month which is lie as I have proof of each rent receipt. If anyone has any problem with UPA please post here. Thanks
