United Quality Publication, Inc. Chris Barber, Buckey Rip Off!!! Ordered a $43.00 magazine subscription that I never received! Pensacola , Florida

On November 11, 2010, a man in his early 20's (I believe he said his name was Buckey) came to my door selling magazine subscriptions in order to pay for a work-study trip.  He was polite and very nice and seemed honest.  I ordered a $43.00 subscription for a magazine.  I wrote the check to United Quality Publication, Inc. and put order # 425736 and Chris Barber in the memo (Chris was supposedly this man's boss).  I had still not received my subscription by April 11th, so I called the number on the (official-looking) receipt.  However, that number has been disconnected and no other number is given.  Also, no online information can be found for United Quality Publication, Inc. 

I live in a mostly military community, and I hate to know that this company has ripped of so many of our military!  We already struggle enough check to check!
