United Restortation ripoff ac unit was not working and was told otherwise Deerfield Florida

smell when heating was turned on.
saw an ad that stated that will clean up to five vent for $25 and coil, ect. called united restortation.
2 techs came out matt and jr vega explained about coupon
they went into attic in garage to check unit
matt explained that coupon will not help because they found mold growing in the unit and the burning smell was the mold being burnt off and blowed into the vents.
said either replace unit but it can be cleaned
price $1184.00 amount was high but my husband and i did not want to take a chance being that i can 7 months pregnant and we have an 18 month old daughter.

so we cleaned it paid with a check.
1 week later turned on ac unit was hot, it was blowing hot air called company they sent the same techs out.
matt said that he found the problem he asked me if we recently cut the lawn i said my husband cut it before you guys came out the first time he stated that the weed cutter hit the coil on the outside unit causing the compressor to blow. and he gave me an estimate of $1825 to fix i told him that i have a warranty and it covers replacement called that warranty and that same day another tech came out i explained to him what i was told and he inspected and said that was incorrect
the compressor was fine the unit in the attic was not working because the coil needed replacing the same coil thatwas cleaned a week before by united restoration and stated running as new.

called the local racca and was told that the company has many complaints and that the fl attorney general is currently investigating the compay called the attorney general office has not verified. my unit needs replacing and it will cost $500.00 from my warranty. i need help i do not work my husband works 6 days a week to support us, the house is my brother's he lives in ny he is a janitor working to save up so he can move to fl to gave his family a better life. this was not pennies but a 1/2 month's wage and it has completely caused us to fall behind and now we have to come up with $500.00 to cover the real problem. my brother and husband is devasted and we need your help.
