United Solar Leads Dynamic Technologies inc. Took payment and did not deliver as per the contract Mckinny Texas

We entered into an agreement with United Solar Leads on 12/18/2015.  The agreement was to buy appointments.  We wired over $3,125.00 to United Solar Leads.  To this date we have recieved two appointments.  The communication with Rick Cline has been lacking.  I have emailed and called several times, trying to reach him to keep the communication lines open.  His reponses are below:

Adam,

  Someone hit a transformer on our building Saturday early morning and knocked our power out. Power company says will be up this morning. We will have leads starting tomorrow and will have them on calendar. I will keep you posted on how its going today. Thank you

  Ive cc'd Hayward who will be the one who will see your calendar along with myself. You can send them info to me and him or also reply back to this email. They should be up and running after lunch today.  Im out of office on flight to Utah. I will keep you posted on the lead flow.

  Yes i will have someone reach out. We had some deadly Tornadoes come through this weekend and really damaged our building and power is still out. We are working on moving buildings today. ill keep you posted.

No we are still on and leads in pipeline. We are working around to make sure we dont loose traction. We should have something for you for tomorrow. I will update you shorty on what to expect.

  We are moved into our new building and starting campaign tomorrow afternoon. I will call you today. We most def can and will get you your leads. Sorry for the delayed response. Now that we know were good ill keep you posted.

I have been calling and have not heard from Rick or Hayward.  I would like to believe what Rick is telling me but the costant excuses and lack of communication are red flags.  Don't wire any funds to this company Buyer Beware.  If anything changes I will update this.
