I was called about an apparent charge being filed against me. They read 3 counts that were supposedly being charged against me for a payday loan that was taken out over 8 years ago and was filed under a bankruptcy. But when I asked about their location or a website I could check the legitamacy of the company the person on the other side kept asking why I needed this information and that if I didnt come up with over 5000.00 dollars today they were going to file these charges.
