I was contacted yesterday and told that there was a court date being set to get $5,000 out of me for some loan I supposedly had many years ago. This was the arbitration legal team (all from India I believe). I was instructed to send letter by fax. They say because this is bank fraud they can't take a debit card. Please help, they have personal information.
