united states drug testing labortory; DPHHS; Quest Dionostics, billings clinic, took my life, fraud,collaborating conspirators with DPHHS to steal children for research, data, and money des plaines; billings; greatfalls Illinois

        I've been doing reasearch on everything that pertains to my children that the DPHHS has used as evidence to take my children from me just to be abused in foster care for 6 years. Most recently i discovored the lab reports. this is what i find:

             1. Report dated on 7/10/2015 for drug testing of my child was cancelled- for reasonable suspicion. the speciman ID is 3602852. And there is always two spots on the results- drug test result and the Sample/control result. one is cancelled and the other is negative.

             2. Repor t 9/2/2015 drug testing report. The results are positive at 130 times the normal cut off. we are talking about a 2 month old child, Speciman ID is 3602651. Notice the ID's went down in number in two months. These numbers go up normally. I have three previous lab reports from this company from three other children and termination of my parental rights because of these reports to prove that they go up for count purposes.

             3. At the bottom of the reports it tells you to go to their compliance statement- It has not been cleared from the FDA. The test is used for forensic purposes, it should not be used as investigational or for research. So then why is it in court rooms taking away chidren.

             4. This laboritory also has a list of clients. Qualified individual professional clients tranned to know the proper procedure. Just not in Montana. There is no labortory i montana that is listed to take specimans.

             5. The times on the results at the very bottom are usually faxed after hours.sat. at 12:52am, 11:09pm, The business hours are 6am-8pm mon-fri.  

             6. Something else i looked up is their creditations, licenses, certificates. What i found was a certificate of accreditation ANAB for forensic testing was issued on 9/4/2015 the same day the second report was sent back to DPHHS in Billings. The Version no. is 001. the very first.

             7. Then i find the forensic scope of drug testing and the One that is missing is the Hair folicle test.This was the test performed in both instences.. 

             8. Co-conspiritor Quest Diagnostics. Another hair sample performed for drug analysis on 10/27/2015. Result is positive for methamphetamines but negative for amphetamines which is impossible. One is the street drug and the other is the persciptions that are the base of the street drug meth. 

       Through out the years the department has used this labortory to terminate my parental rights. for a total for 9 children. My children are my life and i know that the documents are fraudulant. And when i tried to call they also refused to answer any questions regaurding the tests because i wan't a paying customer. So i tried to become a paying customer and no other contact was answered sense.
