June 15, 2018, 2:00 pm. PST.  For a few days I had been recievng a call from 28737363. It never look legit so i never answered until today June 15, 2018. This man claimed that the government was giving 1500 grants to residents in the state of california, for their "loyalty." And therfore this grant was called the "loyalty Grant."  He told me i was one of the chosen few. He said i was to be given a grant from the federal government in the amount of 9000. He asked me to verify my zip code, and then address, etc and he had it right!!!  He knew i was widowed, knew my address, and phone number... (how could he know all of this?)

Anyways he gave me a Authorizaton number and said i needed to call another number and a second, if they did not answer.  called the first number 2026709829...  The phone answered with "the google subscriber you dialed cannot be reached." I then knew something was up.... I called the second number skeptically... 206-880-0209 and talked to Adam Conner (but he did not sound like an adam conner!) Anyways he told me to give him my approval number and then told me congratulatons, and wanted to know what i would do with the money. I said expand my business...

He said great. He told me what i needed and what to do. He was either going to make a direct deposit into my bank account or i could use western union at walmart. Told him i didnt have a bank account... He said then I would need to buy a prepaid card and he would transfer the grant onto it... But it needed to have $200.00 or more dollars in it.  said why? I tol him straight u, i am a wiow and havent had income for three years!! He said not to worry, get it somehow, it's "money in your hands and it would not be touched... (Not a legitmate enough reason for me, lol) He asked when could i make it to Walmart.

I told him i would do it in about 2 hours (430 pm)  (Its only 3:58 right now... LOL) He told me to call him back when i got to walmarts parking lot an he would walk me through the steps. He said i would have to stay on the phone with him to make sure it was me picking up the money and not some stranger, as anyone with a fake id, could claim it... (lol) So he told me he will be excpecting to hear from me soon and "again congratulations." So after hanging up, i searched scams on the net, and found it, so here i am...  I'm not headed to Walmart at all, but expecting him to call me anytime... Creepy, knowing how he knew so much... I just do not like it.
